SUPPORT CONTRACTS
CHESS 1
• 24 hour 7 days a week Telephone support
• Standard call out cover with 24 hour response time
• Cover for Standard labour costs on call outs
• No delivery charges for any till rolls & inks
Any parts required are chargeable at the standard CHESS
rates, any replacements will be replaced as like for like
basis
£35.00 per month or £420.00 per year in advance
CHESS 2
• 2 x 6 monthly maintenance visits in normal working hours
• 24 hour 7 days a week Telephone support
• Standard call out cover with 24 hour response time
• Cover for Standard labour costs on call outs
• Cover for all software problems
• No delivery charges for any till rolls & inks
Any parts required are chargeable at the standard CHESS rates, any
replacements will be replaced as like for like basis
£50.00 per month or £550.00 per year in advance
CHESS 3

• Cover for all Programming costs
• Cover for Hardware Failures and replacement parts*
• No delivery charges for any till rolls & inks
AUTOMATIC ACCEPTANCE AFTER 1 YEAR ON NEW EQUIPMENT OTHER
WISE SUBJECT TO SURVEY OF EQUIPMENT
*Any hardware replacements or parts required due to deliberate or user
damage may be chargeable at the standard CHESS rates, any replacements
will be replaced as like for like basis
£125.00 per month or £1375.00 per year in advance |
